I recently stumbled across this beautiful generative sketchbook by Simon David Ryden. Simon uses open GL fragment shaders to create whimsical and quite beautiful on screen graphics that are rendered to the screen in real time. Some screen grabs below of some of my favourites. But go and take a look at his great website where you can simply scroll between each experiment, each of which is interactive in some way, try mouse scrolling and panning to see the effects. Dreamy indeed.
